2. Client Responsibilities

- Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or information in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content, assets, or materials you provide to us.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. NIOV Software retains the right to use the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the project remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licences.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in the individual project agreement. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in work being paused or withheld until payment is received.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your project details, business information, or data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
NIOV Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
